The third chakra is located in the upper part of your stomach, just under your rib cage. It is the source of your power and your will to move forward and achieve great things; however, it can also trap you in a loop where you are constantly trying to control and manipulate the people around you, driving you, and them crazy. Your third chakra has to do with eating disorders, ulcers, and digestive problems. By balancing your third chakra, you lessen you chances of having problems in this area.
Need:
yellow candle
a stone such as gold calcite, carnelian or gold citrine
Put the candle in a place where you can sit comfortably in front of it. Light the candle and dedicate it to the Great Spirit. Using your power hand, place the stone on your third chakra. Merge with the candle flame and say:
You who are sacred and powerful
I seek the power that is mine,
Give to me my birthright,
So that I might shine bright,
So mote it be!
Become aware of the stone on your third chakra. Feel its pulsating energy flow into you, empowering and soothing your stomach. Do this for several minutes to fill the area with healing energy.
