As you grow older it is best to let go of past anger and disliked thoughts, which have a tendency to weight you down, and can sometimes effect your health and stress levels. It's best not to hang onto these angers and thoughts and to forgive certain people in your life. Always remember forgiving does not mean you're forgetting just coming to peace with it and moving on.
Need:
white candle
sheet of paper and pen
Begin be writing the names of the person that you have the grievance with and what you want to forgive. Light the candle, dedicating it to a favorite god or goddess. Set the sheet of paper in front of the candle so you can easily read the names. Now go down the list while saying the following for each person.
*Name of person*
I forgive you as I hope you will forgive me,
So that we might forever live in harmony,
As I will, so mote it be.
Say the blessing for each person on your list. Fold the piece of paper 3 times, and seal it with the wax from the candle. Dig a small hole outdoors, and bury the paper. If any the anger persists, perform the spell over again as many times as it takes for you to forgive them. With some people you might find it takes a few times, but in the end its worth it.
