may 28...hollyhock charm

Never did this one but it seems very interesting. maybe one day I will try it so I figured i would share it.

I did some research and found that hollyhock means "holly mallow".  Hollyhocks taste like a mild green onion and were originally found in Europe for their nutritional and medical value.  They are particularly known to be helpful for ailments of the stomach.

need:
blue candle
clean, pesticide-free white hollyhock blossom (most likely you can find it on the internet)
and a green candle
a pouch

begin by lighting the blue candle,  dedicating it to a favorite healing goddess or your healing animal spirit. Then say:

All negativity and ill energy,
Be cleansed from all parts of my body,
So be it! Blessed Be!

Next, pull three petals from the blossom with your power hand, hold them up and say:

I am one with the healing powers of this flower.

now eat the petals slowly and imagine the healing power flowing into the your body.  put the blossom into the a pouch and say:

with this blossom as a sign
may this charm be divine,
so be it! blessed be!

tie or sew the pouch up so the blossoms remains inside.  now empower your healing charm be saying:

oh great and mighty ones that be
guardians of earth, air, fire, and water
may your divine healing power fill this charm,
and keep us healthy and free from harm
so mote it be!  blessed be!!

place the charm just outside your front door to keep those inside your home healthy and free from harm.
