Rosemary-Honey Healing Tea
Rosemary traditionally has been used as a healing remedy for colds, indigestion, or fatigue for years. This tea is useful when you're feeling depleted or depressed.
Need:
3 TBSP of fresh rosemary
a strainer
honey
2cups boiling water
Begin steeping the rosemary in a cup of boiling water for 15 mins. Next, strain the rosemary out by pouring the liquid through a strainer into another cup. Add honey to sweeten the tea by taste. Allow it to cool a bit, then hold the cup of tea in your hands and empower it by saying:
May the essence of honey and rosemary
Impart their healing powers into me
So that I might feel strong and healthy
With the blessings of nature,
So Mote it Be!!
Now sip the tea slowly, imagining the healing powers moving into your body.
