may 25...How to close your circle

Once you draw a magick circle, you do not leave it until you have released it.  After you bid farewell to the elements, follow these four steps to close the circle.

1.  Face north with your wand or staff in your power hand, pointed toward the north point of your magick circle.

2.  Slowly turn counterclockwise, and as you turn, imagine the blue-white light of the circle being sucked into the tip of your wand or staff.

3.  with your staff or wand, make a cut in the energy across the boundary of where the circle has been and say:

The circle is now open, but unbroken,

Merry meet, and merry part,

and merry meet again.

4.  Your magick making is complete.
