Our Great brother sun gives its energy to every growing thing, particularly the vegetables and fruits that flourish in the spring and summer months. This drink uses the sun's healing vitality. When you drink the drink that is made from these ingredients, it will fill you with the sun's healing energy.
Need:
banana
mango
pear
cup of spring water
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Begin by peeling the banana, mango, and pear and then seeding the mango and pear. Put all the ingredients in a blender. As the blend everything together, say:
Thank you, Great brother sun for the these gifts,
That you grew with your nurturing rays,
I now make this sunshine healing potion,
So that I may feel the healing warmth of your ways.
Pour the mixture into a glass. You can strain out some of the pulp to make it less thick, but remember that the pulp is natural source of fiber and is healthy for you. Before you drink the potion, make a toast to the sun, saying:
Oh great brother sun,
Thank you for this potion,
Which I am about to drink.
Sip the drink slowly,imagining its healthy sunshine power filling your body and bringing you good health.
